That’s what the assessment is for. We look at your goal, history, BMI, symptoms, and (if you’ve had bloodwork) hormone signal — and route you to the program that fits. If you’re within 10 miles of a Renoja studio, Program 03 unlocks as an option. Your Metabolic Specialist confirms the call before any protocol begins.

Most are pharmacies with a checkout flow — one program, one drug, applied to everyone. We treat fat loss as a metabolic problem with four shapes: not everyone needs a GLP-1, not everyone needs the same dose, and for some people a microdose long-term is the right answer. Bloodwork drives the protocol, a real Metabolic Specialist manages it, and you can reach them when you have a question.

It depends on which program you’re routed to. Program 01 uses Metformin or MOTS-c. Program 02 uses semaglutide or tirzepatide. Program 03 uses the same as 02, with in-studio support. Program 04 is a micro-dose GLP-1 for maintenance. Your specialist makes the call from your bloodwork — there’s no “default.”

It’s the universal day one of every fat loss program. The moment you enroll, you get the Reset guide — an anti-inflammatory eating window, daily protein target, a short movement protocol, and a sleep/stress reset. It runs the ten days while we order labs and ship medication, so you arrive at your protocol already ten days ahead.
