How We Protect Your PHI
We implement appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your PHI. Our telehealth partner (OlaMD) and pharmacy partner (RxAve) are bound by Business Associate Agreements that require them to protect your PHI in accordance with HIPAA.

We reserve the right to update this Notice. We will post the current version on our website. The updated Notice will apply to all PHI we maintain, including information collected before the update.
